We try to do a fresh search and develop a new list every Friday night or Saturday morning. We will periodically make minor additions to the list during the week as we see new listings or price changes that are worthy of note. However, the information you see about each home is coming to you directly from our MLS system in real time. For instance, the status, price, agent comments, days on market (DOM) and etc. are all current as of the moment you are viewing them and reflect any changes since the home was added to our list.
