We value our privacy and will attempt to treat any information that you give to us in the same way that we want our own information handled when we give it to someone else. This site does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. While we do not attempt to set cookies, the Web site counter we use (StatCounter) does. It does this in order to let us know if you are a new or returning user and which pages you visit. StatCounter provides us with the I.P. address of your computer but does not give us your name, Email address or other contact information. We may share your personally identifiable information with other companies and individuals with whom we conduct business. For example, if we assist you with the sale or purchase of a home, we will normally provide your name, contact information and other pertinent information to the title company handling your transaction as well as your lender, pest control company and etc. Yuba City is still a small town and we occasionally receive calls from friends or others asking for someone's telephone number, address or other information. The decision of whether or not to give out this information is normally based on our perception of what the subject of the request would want given out. If we are unsure what the subject would want us to do, we will normally forward the request directly to the subject of the request and let them contact (or not contact) the person making the inquiry. We have never sold or leased personally identifiable information to any third parties and have no intention of doing that in the future. However, should we ever decide to retire and sell our business (no plans for that any time in the near future), it is conceivable that our database of contacts would be included in the sale.
