Real Estate Prices Mixed
Yuba City's median home price increased by about 1.7% to $284,667 in the month of January while the Yuba City Market Value Index declined 3.9 points (1.7%) to 231.

There were 311 homes listed for sale on February which is almost unchanged from one month earlier.
