We recently went to press with our last "Market Newsletter" in hard copy form. As many of you may recall, the Market Newsletter was something we produced and mailed out about four times per year. Producing it was fun and didn't take too much time. Unfortunately, printing, labeling, addressing, folding and mailing it was so time consuming that we haven't produced it for about two years.

As you can see, we have now moved our market Newsletter to our Web site. It will still feature much of the same information as was in our hard copy version (Closed Sales report, Interest Rate chart and Active Listings and Closed Sales chart).

The Web version will add some new features. It includes a Median Sales Price chart. Also, the information contained in the old Sales to Listings chart has been reformatted to produce an Average Time On Market chart that you should find more useful.

Another feature we have added is Yuba City Market Value Index chart based on our analysis of benchmark homes. This is similar to the Median Sales Price chart but promises to be more accurate in measuring changing property values.
