Automatic listing updates offer you a great opportunity to be notified the instant that a property meeting your predefined specifications is listed for sale or has a price reduction. In other words, you will know about new listings before most agents will.
Here is how they work. We develop a property search specifically for you based on the criteria you give to us. Then, when property meeting that criteria is listed for sale or has a price reduction, the MLS system immediately generates an Email to you with a link to detailed information about that property.
Buyers interested in automatic listing updates need to be able to narrowly define their search criteria to avoid what might otherwise turn into a small mountain of Emails. Call us (no Emails please) if you are interested in this.
It's easy for us to set up the search once we have discussed the various search options. The search criteria are easy to change and it's also easy for us to discontinue the automatic updates if you no longer wish to receive them. |
